REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field required.
- 5 yrs experience with increased responsibility and complexity in Purchasing, Sourcing, Materials Management, or Supply Chain required.
- 3+ years of people management experience required.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ambitious and focused attitude

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure smooth and efficient sourcing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement initiatives
- Manage and develop supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve cost savings and optimize supplier performance
- Lead supplier selection, qualification, and evaluation processes
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new sourcing opportunities
- Coach, mentor, lead, and develop a team of individual contributors to deliver outstanding results
- Foster culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
