REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field required.
  • 5 yrs experience with increased responsibility and complexity in Purchasing, Sourcing, Materials Management, or Supply Chain required.
  • 3+ years of people management experience required.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure smooth and efficient sourcing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement initiatives
  • Manage and develop supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve cost savings and optimize supplier performance
  • Lead supplier selection, qualification, and evaluation processes
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new sourcing opportunities
  • Coach, mentor, lead, and develop a team of individual contributors to deliver outstanding results
  • Foster culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
