To reach our goal we are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist & Business Analyst that will help us develop a future proof procurement system from request to delivery.
As a Procurement Specialist & Business Analyst at Qwello you will manage the procurement process from request to delivery, including issuing purchase orders and tracking shipments. You will set up automations and new processes for a future proof, efficient & analytical procurement system within our ERP system. You will maintain our relationship with our suppliers and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Qwello’s end to end sourcing and supply chain capabilities to ensure efficiency and reliability.
- Manage and streamline purchase orders as well as sales orders, ensuring seamless procurement operations.
- Lead negotiations, handle contract management, and foster strong supplier relationships that align with our strategic goals.
- Design and implement a cutting-edge procurement system, integrating automation and advanced process management for maximum efficiency.
- Take responsibility for hardware logistics, managing costs and ensuring timely, cost-effective deliveries across the EU (including the UK) with accurate tracking and record-keeping.
- Work closely with the finance team to coordinate billing for deliveries and ensure financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with the production planning team to forecast production needs and secure a stable supply of critical components.
- Proactively share your expertise and insights to elevate the team’s knowledge and performance.
- Develop and implement Continuous Improvements in the end to end procurement process.
- Develop and maintain end to end Reporting and Metrics.
