- Recommend terms and conditions for subcontractors to minimise risk and maximise value, collaborating with technical and other stakeholders.
- Manage review and approval processes, track compliance, and develop audit plans to verify adherence to contractual obligations.
Direct Procurement Support (Pre-Award):
- Develop and manage key contracts for the Snowy 2.0 Project, including drafting and negotiating terms for goods, services, and works.
- Engage with stakeholders to plan, develop, and execute contracts, and create essential tender documents such as strategies, packs, and evaluation tools.
- Manage ongoing tenders, ensuring adherence to deadlines, and handle contract execution, including negotiation, drafting, and supplier engagement.
You’ll Bring To The Team:
A Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with demonstrated experience in procurement, contract management, or project management. You’ll have strong knowledge of commercial and procurement techniques, experience with large civil or electrical contracts, and expertise in managing contract clarification and drafting.
