Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility of purchasing Electrical components, materials at the most competitive prices and ensuring their timely delivery according to project requirements.
• Ensures that all procurement activities and processes meet quality standards.
• The Executive should typically come from an engineering background with production or design work experience.
• Updating and maintain inventory report.
• Monitor procurement budget and expenditure.
• Conduct stock take twice yearly.
• Data Entry
• Manage non-conformities in delivery schedules and products.
• Any other duties as assign by superior and management

Requirement:

• Minimum GCE “N” Level and above
• Prefer 3 years work experience in purchasing and knowledge in supply chain and logistics is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Responsible and positive working attitude
