TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Have bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent field.
• Have minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement for manufacturing / supply chain environment.
• Have an acquired CNC machining knowledge of completion tools.
• Have a good knowledge of Purchasing practices, principles, and procedures.
• Have a Procurement experience in SAP and Ariba system.
• Have a technical knowledge and ability to read engineering drawing.
• Have a good communication and negotiation skills, as well as good organizational and time management skills.

As a Procurement Specialist - Machining, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with Global Category Team on Sourcing Category Strategy, Supplier Selection and Onboarding, and Supplier Negotiations to achieve deflation initiatives.
• Managing Supplier Delivery and Quality Performance, Cost and Inventory management, and Supplier Relationship Management
• Managing end-to-end activity starting from PO Issuance, PO Acknowledgement, executing MRP exception message, Logistics arrangement till Goods Receipt in the system
• Collaborating with Supplier Quality Team for Supplier Performance and Quality issues
• Drive Cost Negotiations: product cost, cost optimization and able to deliver a good result of cost savings
