Job Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with various departments to plan and execute product purchase activities efficiently
  • Ensure prompt processing of all direct and indirect purchase orders within specified timeframes
  • Maintain and update SAP to reflect accurate shipment receipt data
  • Prepare detailed reports and provide updates on purchasing activities
  • Update and manage purchasing forecasts, highlighting potential risks proactively
  • Oversee all procurement activities to guarantee on-time delivery of goods and services Manage supplier accounts, conduct regular business reviews, and evaluate supplier performance to maintain strong partnerships

Pre-Requisites :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain or Procurement preferred
  • Proven experience in supply chain management with strong supplier relationship management skills
  • Previous experience in the peripheral industry is a plus
