PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST LOGISTIC – DENMARK, NORWAY & SWEDEN

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a solution-oriented approach and analytical and negotiation skills. Preferable, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree: Logistic background and preferably experience within procurement and with an ambition to develop and grow further in procurement for a Global Category role.
- Experience: 3 years’ experience within logistic.
- Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, including Excel and knowledge of AI tools. Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Knowledge: An interest to develop procurement processes, and procurement tools within logistic category.
- Ability to manage complex projects with many stakeholders
- Willingness to explore and develop within procurement and sustainability.
- Able to manage broad number of projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:
The position offer a unique opportunity to shape and expand our procurement capabilities in the local market. As a Procurement Specialist Logistic, you will report to the Procurement Director for Denmark & Norway. You will be working closely with the Group Category Manager for Logistic, while you will be responsible for developing and executing category strategies, negotiations of local categories, driving supplier performance, risk and governance, and supporting sustainability initiatives. This role is based in our office in Faxe, Denmark.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & PRIMARY TASKS:
- Manage national transport and warehouse tenders and contracts in Denmark, Norway, Sweden; pallet contracts and various procurement projects.
- Logistics Strategy: Execute logistics and warehousing strategies, supporting group sourcing activities in supply chain, customer service, cost efficiency, and service objectives.
- Financial: Analyze logistic spend and price variances, annual budget process, and cost-to-serve guidelines development.
- Sustainability: Contribute to sustainability assessments and support Co2E reporting (Scope 3).
- Supplier Performance: Drive supplier performance management, including KPI design for SLAs, truck & warehouse utilization.
- Process Optimization: Partner with markets to streamline processes, including pallet flows and rate management in SAP.
- Strategic Projects: Support strategic projects, business integration, cross-country sourcing initiatives, and global partnership opportunities.
- Collaboration: Develop stakeholder collaboration jointly with group category manager - logistics.
- Supplier Base: Actively manage and develop the supplier base, focusing on consolidation and development.
