We’re looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our remote team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, or international supply chain management. Experience sourcing bike or motorcycle spare parts is a strong plus
  • Proficient in spreadsheets, ERP systems, and data analysis (Metabase familiarity is a plus). You take pride in your organizational skills and get energized by completing projects
  • Strong communication skills in English with an ability to negotiate and build long-term relationships with suppliers
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, able to handle tight deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to managing tasks and processes
  • A proactive, hands-on mentality, willing to take initiative and tackle challenges head-on

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete procurement cycle for spare parts, including sourcing, placing purchase orders, and negotiating with suppliers
  • Coordinate with international suppliers, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups
  • Track and monitor shipment progress to guarantee timely deliveries, troubleshooting delays and resolving disruptions
  • Keep accurate records of inventory, purchase orders, and shipments within our supply chain management software
  • Analyze stock levels and consumption patterns to ensure optimal inventory control
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement strategies with operational needs
  • Assist with quality control to ensure received products meet required specifications and standards
