Are you a analytical person and want to develop procurement knowledge and skills? Than come and join us as Procurement Trainee in Strategic Sourcing Department.
The role of the Procurement Trainee is to support the Strategic Sourcing Department, assist in supplier relationship management, projects implementation and negotiation processes with manufacturers and distributors. The position will be located in Warsaw and report directly to the Strategic Sourcing Area Manager.

• Monitor and ensure the implementation of approved procurement contracts
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies in the P2P process
• Perform financial analysis on supplier proposals and RFPs for various projects, products, and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to solve problems and guarantee high-quality, reliable sources of supply and information
• Facilitate communication with hotels, suppliers, and internal departments
• Assist in the processes for new supplier and product approvals
