Responsibilities:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Procurement Systems Manager to join our Procurement Systems team. This role is primarily responsible for driving adoption and effective use of procurement technology, enforcing procurement, travel and expense policies and processes, managing and owning related content, contract operationalisation, leading supplier enablement activities and managing a team of 4-5 people.
With a Hybrid split (Office/WFH), this role a permanent position and is based in Southbank, Victoria and is part of the Procurement team.

THIS ROLE WILL DELIVER REAL OUTCOMES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • This role requires someone who has experience managing a small team and is also a subject matter expert in the Source to Pay processes, Travel and expense policies, processes and compliance.
  • Work on improving and streamlining the Contract to Pay procurement processes and systems.
  • Help the team get the most out of our procurement tools (Ariba/SAP/P2P) and explore new ways to support the business, like using robotics.
  • Lead efforts to fine-tune and optimise the newly implemented SAP Concur Travel system, making sure all features are used to improve efficiency.
  • Promote ongoing improvements and better integration of procurement systems, tools, policies, and procedures across the business by collaborating with different teams.
  • Oversee the rollout and integration of procurement systems, tools, policies, and procedures, working closely with other teams.
  • Share your expertise with the procurement team and the wider business on best practices for procurement systems (Source to Pay).
