POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Producer in our Marketing team, you will be responsible for forging strategic relationships with YouTubers, entrepreneurs, news media agencies, and other influential individuals and organizations. Your primary objective will be to arrange interviews, collaborations, and media appearances for our founder and company’s YouTube channel. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, business development expertise, and exceptional communication skills. This position will require high-volume cold outreach to the above-stated individuals via phone, email, and other means of communication to achieve results and bring big names to our team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Film Production, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, partnership management, or media production roles, with a strong focus on relationship building and project coordination.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain long-term relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and media personalities.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of securing partnerships and managing successful collaborations.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling pitches, presentations, and managing clear communication across teams and external partners.
  • Production and Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing multiple projects, including film shoots, locations, schedules, and guests, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Digital Media Knowledge: Familiarity with digital media platforms, especially YouTube, and a solid understanding of influencer marketing, media trends, and content creation strategies.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Strong creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges in both partnership development and production logistics.
  • Technical Familiarity: Experience with film production logistics, including coordinating equipment, talent, and post-production processes, is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and Relationship Building: Identify and research potential partners, including YouTubers, entrepreneurs, media agencies, and high-profile individuals, that align with our brand and target audience.
  • Outreach and Engagement: Initiate and manage high-volume outreach campaigns to establish connections and foster relationships with key stakeholders through phone, email, and other communication platforms.
  • Partnership Negotiation: Negotiate partnership terms and agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with company objectives while securing interviews, collaborations, and media appearances.
  • Production Coordination: Organize and oversee all aspects of media productions, including scheduling film shoots, securing locations, coordinating with guests, and managing timelines for interviews and collaborations.
  • Logistics Management: Handle the full spectrum of logistics for media appearances, including travel arrangements, equipment preparation, set coordination, and ensuring that production runs smoothly.
  • Content Development Support: Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that interviews and collaborations are aligned with content goals, and assist in preparing materials and scripts when needed.
  • Primary Partner Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, providing ongoing support, managing expectations, and ensuring successful delivery of all projects.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and analyze partnership and production performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization, growth, and improving future collaborations.
  • Industry Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving media landscapes, leveraging insights to refine partnership and production strategies for greater impact.
