DESIRABLE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • At least 7 years of relevant work experience
  • Producer or Associate Producer role on 1 or more published PC or Console AA Game
  • Experience with leading multi-disciplinary teams
  • In-depth knowledge of AA game production and operations, including all phases from pre-production to LiveOps
  • Ability to make pragmatic decisions and willingness to embrace new processes and technologies
  • Experience with lean development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Kanban
  • Development background
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Very good active listening skills
  • Very good communicator
  • Proactive mentality
  • Ability to work autonomously and with little supervision
  • Ability to adapt to whatever production (inevitability) throws at you during development
  • Relevant bachelor’s or equivalent experience

Responsibilities:

  • Lead your team and help your team members to evolve
  • Conduct performance reviews and 1on1 feedback sessions
  • Responsibility for production processes and standards
  • Work with other Producers on the project to ensure project focus and velocity are maintained
  • Contribute to the project risk register and help manage risk by suggesting contingency plans
  • Mentor leads and developers to give feedback
  • Prepare and present status reports to management
  • Create and hold presentations for the team or external collaborators as needed
