We’re seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Producer to join us remotely and help us elevate Ready or Not to new heights. Our goal is strong: to establish Ready or Not as the quintessential FPS of our time.
As our Producer, you will play a vital role in overseeing the development process from concept to release. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including artists, designers, programmers, and sound engineers, you will ensure that projects are delivered on schedule and at the highest quality.

In this role, you’ll be in charge of:

  • Collaborating closely with the core team to grasp the overarching game vision and requirements, effectively communicating them throughout the production process.
  • Assisting the Lead producer with crafting a comprehensive long-term roadmap, schedule, and deliverables.
  • Helping to establish quality targets, key milestones, and development strategies within set budgets.
  • Helping develop efficient workflows and pipelines, fostering seamless interaction among the team.
  • Proactively identifying and addressing potential risks, devising actionable plans to mitigate them effectively.
  • Conducting regular team meetings to clarify milestones, prioritise deliverables, offer updates, address concerns, and provide direction while actively soliciting feedback.
  • Coordinating closely with the Lead Producer, directors, ensuring alignment on progress, momentum, and budget adherence.
  • Continuously evaluating and enhancing processes, methods, and practices to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.

Of course, you won’t be alone on this mission - you’ll be collaborating with the entire team and outside vendors to ensure we’re maximising our efforts and achieving our goals!

Here’s what you’ll be bringing to the team:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a producer, project manager, program manager or a lead in the video games industry.
  • Demonstrated strong understanding of software development lifecycle, project management processes and best practices.
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and disciplines in a positive and inclusive manner.
  • Track record of successfully working with distributed teams and adeptness in facilitating productive meetings.
  • Proficiency in various development methodologies.
  • Experience utilising Microsoft Office suite, JIRA, Confluence, and other project tracking and bug database software.

If this sounds like you, please submit your resume, portfolio, and an optional, brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience and why you are excited about this opportunity. We look forward to hearing from you and discussing how you can contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional gameplay experiences
