- Coordinating closely with the Lead Producer, directors, ensuring alignment on progress, momentum, and budget adherence.
- Continuously evaluating and enhancing processes, methods, and practices to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.
Of course, you won’t be alone on this mission - you’ll be collaborating with the entire team and outside vendors to ensure we’re maximising our efforts and achieving our goals!
Here’s what you’ll be bringing to the team:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a producer, project manager, program manager or a lead in the video games industry.
- Demonstrated strong understanding of software development lifecycle, project management processes and best practices.

- Track record of successfully working with distributed teams and adeptness in facilitating productive meetings.
- Proficiency in various development methodologies.
- Experience utilising Microsoft Office suite, JIRA, Confluence, and other project tracking and bug database software.
