We are inviting candidates for the position of:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A diploma/degree in Art/Communications/Design or other discipline
  • Minimum 1-3 years of working experience, with proven operational excellence in an event company or communications agency, is a must
  • Experience in handling B2B/ B2C events on a large scale regionally is required
  • Experience in event management and project management is required
  • Familiar with video production and video adaptions
  • Good working knowledge of tourism in the South-East Asia regionally is a must
  • Good written and spoken English is a must; additional language such as Mandarin or Bahasa Melayu/Indonesia or Korean will be an added advantage
  • An excellent team player with excellent organization skills, high attention to details and ability to multi-task
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Demonstrated time management, problem-solving and negotiating ability

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the development, production and delivery of event projects from proposal right up to delivery
  • Delivering events in a timely fashion within a set budget, with the mission to exceed expectations
  • Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on multiple projects concurrently
  • Managing vendor relationship in terms of both monetary budget and quality
  • Ensure all activities follow the working processes of other internal teams /clients/ vendors
  • Travelling to onsite execution for actual event support
  • Manage all aspects of video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production
  • Responsible for adapting videos for local use
  • Sourcing, screening and selecting of vendors
  • Serve as main point of contact, handle queries and provide advice to stakeholder
