JOB SUMMARY
We are actively looking for an exceptionally motivated individual supporting the Product Administration Reporting Team. You will be working alongside a team of colleagues from other businesses and functions to provide you with the opportunity to take your career to the next level. As a Regulatory Reporting Analyst/Associate in our Luxembourg team, you will be tasked with ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements of the Management Company / AIFM JPMorgan Asset Management (Europe) S.à r.l.
You will work in a team-oriented environment with various vendors, auditors and internal stakeholders to fulfil the obligations. This role offers you the chance to make a significant impact in our organization and grow professionally.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS
- University degree in IT, Finance or related fields
- Several years of experience in a Finance, Banking Operations or Client Services role
- Fluent in English
- Strong interpersonal and team working skills
- Self-motivated that is able to work with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail – takes personal responsibility to ensure that work meets the highest quality standards
- Good judgment and problem solving skills
- Programming skills (VBA / Python)
- Proficiency in data extraction, manipulation and analysis

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the operating model that supports the aggregation of data used in the Firm’s reporting process. This includes the execution of key data integrity controls, reconciliations, adjustments and analytics.
- Document production timelines, maintenance of issue logs, checks and adjustments of data deliveries, execution of validation steps, comparison of report outputs.
- Support the oversight of regulatory reporting submissions to European regulators.
- Execute and develop data-driven solutions to increase efficiency, accuracy and utility of data processing.
- Partnering with internal data source providers and stakeholders across all lines of business to complete data investigations and resolve data quality issue.
- Provide technical expertise and support to internal users for interpreting data and troubleshooting issues.
- Define, monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the production processes.
