SUMMARY

The Product Analyst is responsible for using data and subject matter expertise to analyze product performance, create new collateral, and perform tactical duties for assigned products.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel or BI platforms (e.g. Sisense, Tableau) is required.
  • Experience with the legal/court system is preferred.
  • Experience with background screening is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required. Relevant business management systems such as general ledger, HRIS, CRM, etc. is preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field is required.
  • Certifications or licensure: Driver’s license and ability to maintain a driving record that is satisfactory to the company’s liability insurance carrier is required.
  • Years of relevant experience: 3-5 years is preferred.
  • Years of experience supervising: None

Responsibilities:

  • Partners with Product Manager to define metrics for critical product areas and establish prioritization of work.
  • Partners with Product Manager and Digital to define details of product build.
  • Compiles and communicates key insights, identifies product opportunities, and offers recommendations to leadership.
  • Creates new product collateral for internal and external use.
  • Functions as subject matter expert for assigned products.
  • Performs tactical duties for assigned products, including system configuration, support, and quality assurance.
  • Other duties as required.
