SUMMARY
The Product Analyst is responsible for using data and subject matter expertise to analyze product performance, create new collateral, and perform tactical duties for assigned products.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel or BI platforms (e.g. Sisense, Tableau) is required.
- Experience with the legal/court system is preferred.
- Experience with background screening is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required. Relevant business management systems such as general ledger, HRIS, CRM, etc. is preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field is required.
- Certifications or licensure: Driver’s license and ability to maintain a driving record that is satisfactory to the company’s liability insurance carrier is required.
- Years of relevant experience: 3-5 years is preferred.
- Years of experience supervising: None

Responsibilities:
- Partners with Product Manager to define metrics for critical product areas and establish prioritization of work.
- Partners with Product Manager and Digital to define details of product build.
- Compiles and communicates key insights, identifies product opportunities, and offers recommendations to leadership.
- Creates new product collateral for internal and external use.
- Functions as subject matter expert for assigned products.
- Performs tactical duties for assigned products, including system configuration, support, and quality assurance.
- Other duties as required.
