RESPONSABILITIES

• Conduct and integrate the DREs (PCs) so that the quality and performance objectives of the systems are achieved.
• Ensure suppliers’ involvement/commitment to pre-defined objectives and delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate the progress of project activities in terms of meeting established deadlines and quality/performance targets.
• Prepare physical and virtual testing plans, organizing and executing corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure the “Technical Deliberation” of the systems under your responsibility.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Knowledge of internal bodywork finishing systems and functional coordination of teams.
• Explain, convey quickly, clearly, and objectively what you want to say.
• Perceive, momentarily retain, and respond quickly to structured situations.
• Discover/identify rules, principles and variables underlying certain material, aiming to solve problems.
• Manipulate objects in space, be able to imagine the position of an object after it has rotated in space.
• Understand mechanical and physical principles.
