This position will play a critical role in defining our OEMS (Order & Execution Management) experience. As part of the Buyside Product team they will be responsible for setting priorities that contribute to the strategic OEMS product roadmap and ensuring there is measurement of progress towards the long-term vision for Order Management. In this role you will need to apply working knowledge of order management and trade execution to define product design and detailed specifications. /divdivstrongbr/strong/divdivstrongWe will trust you to: /strong/divdivbr/divdivThe Product Analyst will be responsible for: /divdivbr/divdiv- Helping to define, align and lead the execution of the strategic roadmap for Bloomberg Buyside Solutions. /divdivbr/divdiv-Presenting the vision, value proposition, and development progress to business leadership, sales, engineering and our client stakeholders. /divdivbr/divdiv- Set measurable milestones for the global delivery of cross asset order and execution workflows. Documenting clear functional specifications (including OKRs) for each phase of product development /divdivbr/divdiv-Working collaboratively with other Product owners to integrate Order Management services within other AIM and EMS applications /divdivbr/divdiv-Ensuring projects are delivered on time, to specification, and that all development milestones are met /divdivbr/divdivstrongYou will need to have: /strong/divdivbr/divdiv- Deep experience in multi-asset order management and electronic trading workflows /divdivbr/divdiv- Detailed asset class lifecycle experience in at least one of these asset classes: Equity, Fixed Income, Currency & Commodities, Derivatives /divdivbr/divdiv- Highly motivated, consensus builder, collaborates well in a team and across wider business /divdivbr/divdiv- Experience managing complex projects and teams /divdivbr/divdiv- Detail-oriented with solid analytic and problem-solving skills /divdivbr/divdiv- Excellent written and oral communication skills /divdivbr/divdiv- Excellent presentation skills including written, graphic and verbal /divdivbr/divdiv- Ability to engage senior technology staff both internally & externally /divdivbr/divdivstrongWe’d love to see /strong /divdivbr/divdiv - Experience with trading business processes including Order Capture, Electronic Trading, Trade Lifecycle, TCA & Best Execution analysis /divdivbr/divdiv- Experience with the buy-side client community and an understanding of the roles and interactions between Portfolio Manager and Trader /divdivbr/divdiv- Software development process (Agile methodology preferred) /divdivbr/divdiv- Project management (status, risks, issues, dependencies) /div/divdiv
