Join Westpac’s Business Products & Payments team as a Product Analyst and gain hands-on experience supporting our Commercial Cards and Business Payments product suite.
In this role, you’ll support the team in bringing products to market, working on everything from strategic planning and thinking, business analysis, financial performance, pricing, risk management, governance, and stakeholder management.
We’re looking for someone who’s curious, passionate about delivering customer focused outcomes, and ready to support the ins and outs of product management within the banking industry.

- Financial services industry experience
- Delivering customer focused outcomes experience
- Data analysis and reporting experience with strong analytical skills
- Experience within the Banking sector, ideally payments or cards
- Experience in large, consumer services organisation
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
- A growth mindset with the ability to drive change through a large organisation
- Strong stakeholder management skills to guide individuals to a fast and effective outcomes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
