SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in a product analytics team.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with modern BI tools, preferably Metabase.
• Expertise in product analytics tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics, or DataDog.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, capable of interacting with stakeholders at various levels.

The Product/Business Analyst will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, Development teams, and Key Stakeholders to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes. Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring product and feature performance, establishing success metrics, and optimizing based on findings.
• Analyzing market data to identify customer behavior and trends.
• Supporting the design and evaluation of A/B tests to enhance user experiences.
• Developing self-service and user-friendly analytics dashboards for effective decision-making.
• Conducting quantitative analysis of user behavior to uncover issues or opportunities to improve customer experience.
• Informing the design and analyzing the outcomes of in-app tests and experiments.
• Collaborating across UX teams and business functions to infuse strategic, open-ended research with quantitative insights.
