KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • SQL proficiency: Strong SQL proficiency is required to perform database queries, analyze reconciliation data and identify transaction discrepancies.
  • Experience in Product and Reconciliation areas: Previous experience managing reconciliation processes, ideally in product related roles.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Good communication skills, to coordinate between technical teams and business partners.
  • Familiarity with payment systems, financial transactions and settlement processes is a plus.
  • Preferred Qualifications:Experience with data analysis tools, such as Excel, Metabase or Snowflake.
  • Previous experience working with payment processors, acquirers or financial reconciliation systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Relay and document integrations: Lead the analysis and documentation of each new integration with payment processors and acquirers, generating technical requirements for the technology team and ensuring accurate and efficient reconciliation processes.
  • Monitor KPIs: Track and ensure compliance with key reconciliation KPIs. Analyze issues and discrepancies in the reconciliation process, working with teams to resolve them and optimize performance.
  • Merchant Care: Address merchant inquiries, requests and issues related to reconciliatory results, providing clear explanations and insights to ensure results are aligned with expectations.
