OPPORTUNITY
Kohler Co. is looking for an entrepreneurial candidate with exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation and analytics to join the fast-paced Toileting team. You will be joining a leading global brand committed to living on the leading edge in design and technology of product and process.
The Product Analyst will work support the Toilets team by leading comprehensive analysis and making recommendations to delight customers and drive business results. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop consumer insights, monitor the competitive landscape, make pricing recommendations, and with the execution of new products and launch plans. This role provides exposure to many functional areas.
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
- 2 to 6 years of experience with a track record of high performance in academics or a work setting.

Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis for marketing and business team, formulate and test hypothesis and present recommendations.
- Develop a competitive landscape that includes innovation, products, pricing, trends, and market share.
- Design and deliver captivating presentations that effectively convey product information, business strategies, data insights, and other relevant content.
- Collaborate with the sales organization on product needs, sales samples, and other requests to drive business growth.
- Draft internal and external communications highlighting new product launches and sales tools.
- Conduct margin and financial analysis as required by the team.
- Develop relationships with customers, sales, new product development, and other stakeholders that can contribute to the development of new product and business ideas
