Description:

The Hearing Solutions Team is a specialised group focused on bringing innovative products to market and driving their adoption, with an emphasis on referrals and pathway management. Collaborating across functions, the team ensures seamless implementation, optimises care pathways and delivers measurable outcomes for patients and providers.
The Product Analyst role is newly created and is key in helping the team succeed and enabling the Company to grow and develop. As part of the Hearing Solutions Team, you will play a crucial role in transforming referral processes, solving real-world challenges, and driving the success of cutting-edge healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities:

As a Product Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the development, release and adoption of new product areas. By monitoring feature utilization, product performance, onboarding customers and ensuring seamless user journeys, you will be instrumental in delivering an excellent customer experience and driving product success.

This hybrid role combines analytical rigour, hands-on customer engagement and close collaboration with engineering and business teams to optimise the product lifecycle. Key responsibilities and major tasks include:

  • creating and maintaining reports to monitor feature adoption, usage trends and key performance indicators;
  • generating monthly team reports on project activity for dissemination to stakeholders;
  • collaborating with the Hearing Solutions team on sprint preparation for development and execution whilst ensuring alignment with product goals;
  • supporting the prioritisation of the product backlog by providing data-driven insights and customer feedback
  • analysing product data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders;
  • co-ordinating onboarding processes for new customers, ensuring a seamless and positive journey;
  • acting as a point of contact for customer queries during the implementation phase;
  • documenting and analysing customer feedback and sharing insights to inform future development;
  • conducting occasional customer visits to support onboarding, gather insights, and strengthen relationships;
  • identifying and addressing customer challenges to improve the overall experience;
  • participating in workshops, planning sessions, and cross-functional initiatives; and
  • performing other duties as assigned by your manager.
