Description:
Visionpool Business Services has an immediate need for a REMOTE Product Analyst.
Major Responsibilities:
- Interact with a variety of business partners to define, manage and communicate requirements to both IT and business stakeholders.
- Monitor development to ensure standards are followed and ease of maintenance.
- Manage incidents and incoming enhancement requests.
- Document and execute user story acceptance tests.
- Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents.
- Facilitate problem and solution negotiations with business stakeholders and IT team.
- Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Marketing, or Commerce
- Minimum 4 experience as an IT Analyst
- Minimum 4 experience as a Product Analyst
- Problem-solver with strong facilitation and analytical skills who can manage multiple priorities.
- Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and perseverance
- Confident communicator adept at facilitation and comfortable building partnerships with key stakeholders
- Team player who embraces change and strives to improve and innovate processes.
- Eye for detail and a passion for building great products.
- Experience working in an agile environment.

- Team Lead Experience
- Experience with Jira
