Description:

Visionpool Business Services has an immediate need for a REMOTE Product Analyst.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Interact with a variety of business partners to define, manage and communicate requirements to both IT and business stakeholders.
  • Monitor development to ensure standards are followed and ease of maintenance.
  • Manage incidents and incoming enhancement requests.
  • Document and execute user story acceptance tests.
  • Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents.
  • Facilitate problem and solution negotiations with business stakeholders and IT team.
  • Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Marketing, or Commerce
  • Minimum 4 experience as an IT Analyst
  • Minimum 4 experience as a Product Analyst
  • Problem-solver with strong facilitation and analytical skills who can manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and perseverance
  • Confident communicator adept at facilitation and comfortable building partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Team player who embraces change and strives to improve and innovate processes.
  • Eye for detail and a passion for building great products.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.

  • Team Lead Experience
  • Experience with Jira
