SUMMARY

Within the Strategy & Analytics team, Property Finder is looking for a strong Product Analytics Manager who will be primarily responsible for partnering with product management departments in order to deliver analytically driven solutions and create business impact. You would work with an exceptional group of ex consultants from McKinsey, Bain, BCG and the Big 4.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years in Business Analytics within a reputable tech company or top-tier management consulting firm
  • Exposure to Product, CRM, and Growth departments
  • Collaboration skills to work effectively with different functions and drive insights into actions
  • Proven record of managing a small sized team and delivering analytics projects leading to change of a business process

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

  • Proven ability to craft and deliver presentations for senior audiences with a compelling storyline
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including presenting technical content effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in managing senior stakeholders

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end ownership of workstreams to deliver data-driven business and product insights, across strategic initiatives
  • Conduct complex and detailed analyses to identify areas for improvement, enhance efficiency, and help set targets for the teams
  • Coordinate and work with different functions within the company
  • Present findings periodically to leaders of the organization
  • Establish and manage a partnership with product management team to make sure that the analytics team is part of initiatives, and day to day actions are driven by data/insights
  • Have a good grasp of marketing campaigns, product features and commercial activities to suggest / deliver relevant insights / analytics.
  • Own the assessment of campaigns, success of product features or performance of clients by making sure that measurements are done with high standards while clear recommendations are provided to the respective team.
  • Manage the delivery of reports / dashboards and insights to support the teams for data driven decisions and performance management.
  • End-to-end ownership of workstreams to deliver analytics-driven solutions to strategic product initiatives
  • Coordinate and work with different functions within the company
  • Present findings and insights periodically to leader of the organization to achieve business targets
  • Audit the design and measurement of the company performance metrics
