We are currently looking for a Porduct/Project Manager who will drive the growth and engagement of our open-source community around Autoware Foundation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Technical background in one or more of the following fields – automotive, robotics, software engineering
- Familiarity with the idea of open-source software development and collaboration practices
- Experience in account/partner management, B2B sales, business development or related position in tech industry
- Experience with community management platforms and tools (github, discord)
- Good networking and presentation skills
- Ability to quickly acquire new technical knowledge to become an industry expert
- Creativity, analytical and negotiation abilities
- Excellent English skills in speaking and writing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and t management skills

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a remote team of open-source contributors from different tech organizations
- Coordinate technical open-source working groups within the Autoware Foundation
- Manage the open-source Autoware community and member company contributions (tech companies, OEMs, Tiers)
- Coordinate and support community events, meetups, and conferences
- Build and maintain relationships with key open-source partners (corporate, startups, universities)
- Lead efforts to write and publish documentation, tutorials, and examples to support the community
- Promote and advocate the benefits of open-source software development and collaboration.
- Manage relationships with contributors, maintainers, and users of our open-source projects
- Develop and implement strategies for community growth and engagement
- Engage with the open-source community to gather feedback and contributions
