ABOUT THE ROLE
As a seasoned Shopping Ads Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping online marketing agencies and retailers maximise the impact of Producthero’s tools to drive campaign success. In this role, you’ll provide data-driven optimization advice for product campaigns, stay current with industry updates, and actively share your expertise through blog content, external platforms, and presentations. You’ll conduct onboarding calls with new clients, as well as deliver training sessions and presentations to agencies and customers.
As the go-to expert on Google Shopping and the Merchant Center, you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact by sharing your knowledge and empowering both clients and colleagues.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You serve as the main point of contact for your assigned customers and are responsible for a timely response on their questions and requests.
- Scheduling product demos with our customers to give them a good understanding of our platform and tools and how they can improve their campaigns by using our tools.
- On request of our clients, you analyse accounts and advice on best practices to improve results using our tools.
- You pick up support requests from clients that need more extensive knowledge of Google Shopping or our platform from either your own clients or support a colleague on this.
- You identify cross or upselling opportunities for your clients.
- You support and educate the Customer Success team and other colleagues on new developments in Google Shopping or the Merchant Center.
- With your indepth knowledge of Google Shopping you add value to the company by suggesting new features and give feedback to the product team on features or enhancements related to our platform.
- You work in one or more internal projects to improve customer experience in general.
