About The Job
This is an office-based role located at our Kolding, Denmark office. The successful candidate will support our internal and external sales teams, as well as our partners and end customers, with our complete heat exchanger portfolio. The primary goal is to ensure that the department achieves its financial and customer satisfaction targets. You will be responsible for selecting and designing technical solutions for complex customer projects within our extensive portfolio of thermal products, particularly for applications in the food and water industries. Additionally, you will act as the expert and trainer for specific Alfa Laval products or applications.
What You Know

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills or attributes:

• Proficient in both Danish and English, with good written and verbal communication skills
• An expert level of digital competence, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other communication and collaboration tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals and project teams at all levels.
• Methodical and organized, with a keen eye for detail.
• Customer-focused, with a strong commitment to getting the job done.
• Knowledge of heat transfer or food applications would be advantageous.
