Are you a self-motivated, driven individual with a passion for driving success? We’re seeking a talented professional to join our team as Product Application Engineer- Ecostruxure Automation Expert (EAE) in Perth and make an impact in supporting country sales teams in winning more business using EAE. As a key player in our organization, you’ll be responsible for guiding customers through their project development cycle, showcasing the powerful features of EAE, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
Success in this position will require gaining a great understanding of a customer’s processes, their drivers, and requirements. You will collaborate with commercial teams to achieve EAE goals, manage customer satisfaction at every project phase and report essential KPIs to the global team.

Specific responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Conduct EAE product demonstrations tailored to customer needs
• Host application-specific workshops and training sessions
• Design, implement, and test EAE architectures for customer applications
• Develop and manage specific product libraries to simplify customer processes
• Provide support for successful project execution and customer satisfaction
• Document processes, changes, and success stories for knowledge sharing

• Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or IT programming
• Background as an Embedded Software Engineer with IT focus
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming, Windows and Linux environments, Docker/Kubernetes/Swarm, virtualization, and event-driven methodology
• Networking expertise including LAN, WAN, VLAN, and communication protocols
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial automation solution development and programming
