Description:
We are hiring a Graduate Product Associate to join the team here at CMC.
We are seeking a driven and analytical Product Associate to play a pivotal role in the development and growth of our product suite while ensuring strict adherence to Consumer Duty regulations. This role involves a blend of product management, data analysis, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and launch new product features and enhancements aligned with consumer needs and regulatory requirements.
- Consumer Duty Compliance: Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive documentation to support Consumer Duty compliance across the product lifecycle.
- Regulatory Engagement: Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure alignment with evolving Consumer Duty regulations and industry best practices.
- User-Centric Focus: Gather and analyse user feedback, market trends, and competitor insights to inform product roadmap and strategy, ensuring products meet customer needs and adhere to Consumer Duty principles.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to measure product performance, identify opportunities, and inform decision-making, with a focus on consumer outcomes.
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate with the customer engagement team to test and refine messaging and engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with Consumer Duty expectations.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, while considering the implications for consumer protection.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal teams, including legal, compliance, and risk, to ensure products meet regulatory standards and protect consumers.
- Project Management: Manage multiple product initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project goals while adhering to Consumer Duty timelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product vision, roadmap, and Consumer Duty initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in data analysis and project management tools
- A passion for technology, user experience, and consumer protection
- Understanding of financial products and markets (preferred)
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, particularly Consumer Duty (preferred)
