Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Brand Manager to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance our client market presence and drive sales growth. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and product management to effectively position our brand in a competitive landscape.

SKILLS

  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or a related role
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is preferred
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and brand growth
  • Proven experience in sales and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial planning related to marketing initiatives.
  • Knowledge of product management processes and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer needs.
  • Collaborate with the R&D and product development teams to innovate and enhance products offerings
  • Lead product launches and ensure alignment alignment with brand strategy
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Oversee the development of marketing materials, including digital content, advertising, packaging, and point-of-sales
  • Develop and manage the brand budget ensuring allocation of resources of brand initiatives.
  • Utilize digital marketing techniques to enhance brand visibility across various platforms.
  • Utilize social media and other digital platforms, to engage consumers and promote brand initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics
  • Analyze performance metrics using tools like Nielsen to assess the effectiveness of branding efforts.
  • Work closely with sales, distribution and customer service teams
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors for promotional activities
  • Gather and analyze consumer feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Conduct focus groups and surveys to assess consumer perception and satisfaction
  • Protect and enhance the brands reputation through effective communication
