Description:

You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. PBA assisting Product Owners and Product Managers in they daily activities. Your responsibilities will be focussed on understanding business requirements, analysing market data, and ensuring that the product development aligns with business objectives and customer needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in product or project management.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining precision and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in Atlassian software development and collaboration tools, including JIRA and Confluence
  • Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Chinese
  • Knowledge in the iGaming industry preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document comprehensive product requirements
  • Create and define user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
  • Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for the development team.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and optimisation
  • Analyse performance data, user feedback, and other relevant metrics to evaluate product success and identify improvement areas. Create reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations
  • Develop detailed user stories and scenarios to guide the development team, ensuring the user’s perspective is considered throughout the development process
  • Help prioritise features and enhancements based on business value
  • Create documentation for new features or changes and provide training to users and stakeholders as needed, ensuring clear understanding of the product and its functionalities
  • Provide insights into potential challenges and dependencies
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure testing aligns with business requirements
  • Work with cross-functional teams to share knowledge and best practices
  • Assist Product Owners and Product Managers in their daily work
