THE OPPORTUNITY:

CR2, a leading provider of Internet, Mobile, and multichannel banking solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our Product Management Team as a Product Business Analyst. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on CR2’s flagship retail banking product, BankWorld, contributing to architectural improvements, new feature creation, and product enhancements. In this position, you will articulate user requirements to deliver high-quality software across multiple products, working closely with Product Management, Development, and Testing teams in an Agile environment. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to transform the future of retail banking.

• Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in an Agile product-driven environment.
• Requirements Gathering: Collect and refine requirements from multiple sources to create comprehensive User Stories and Backlog items for development teams.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Product Management, Product Owners, Development, and Testing teams to see requirements through to completion.
• Process Mapping: Map business processes and user scenarios to ensure alignment with product objectives.
• Feature Documentation: Document product features and ensure they are well-articulated and maintained.
• Supportive Tasks: Address any other related tasks as required by the line manager.
