About Parameta Solutions
Parameta Solutions is the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP Group. The business provides clients with unbiased OTC content and proprietary data, in-depth insights across price discovery, risk management, benchmark and indices, and pre and post-trade analytics. Its post-trade solutions offering helps market participants control their counterparty and regulatory risks through a growing range of tools that manage balance-sheet exposure, as well as compression and optimisation services. The Data & Analytics division includes the following brands: Tullett Prebon Information, PVM Data Services, ICAP Information and Burton-Taylor Consulting.
Role Overview
As a Product & Campaign Marketer, you will report into and collaborate closely with the Content and Campaign Senior Manager to execute comprehensive campaign plans, including events, and align these efforts with the team. Your responsibilities include writing campaign copy, managing the development and approval process for campaign assets, and coordinating with others for social media integration. Additionally, you will analyze content engagement metrics to inform future planning.
In the realm of product marketing, you will serve as the primary contact for the Product Management team, overseeing the BAU product process and reviewing and evolving where needed, to meet business needs. You will manage product marketing plans for priority products, develop personas and messaging, maintain product-related copy on the website, and create sales enablement tools. Furthermore, you will support the Product Management team by developing processes and ensuring the marketing team has the information needed to update communication logs and schedules effectively.
Role Responsibilities

Campaigns

  • Work with the Content and Campaign Senior Manager to execute campaign plans, including events
  • Share all plans with the Digital and Social Marketer to ensure alignment to the campaign and content strategy
  • Write copy for campaigns
  • Manage the day-to-day campaign asset development or oversight of development by agencies
  • Manage the approval process for all assets with internal teams such as governance, compliance and group marketing
  • Coordinate with the team when social is needed as part of a campaign

Content

  • Analyse content engagement metrics and pull-out insights to input to planning

Product Marketing

  • Be the primary contact for the product management (PM) team
  • Manage and own the BAU product process, develop and evolve it as business needs change
  • Manage and own any product marketing plans in relation to priority products, including the creation of sales enablement tools, including cases studies, pitch books and testimonials
  • Develop personas and persona messaging
  • Manage and maintain the copy and messaging for products and personas on .com.
  • Develop further processes for working with PM as needed

Experience / Competences

Essential

  • Experience in product marketing experience across new product launches, product enhancements and sunsetting.
  • Understanding of financial B2B markets.
  • Background / experience in financial services.
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Proven resilience and demonstrated ability to deal with changing deadlines and priorities across stakeholders
  • Experience of marketing campaign execution and planning
  • Knowledge of current content marketing techniques and best practices
