- Strong ability to read product design drawings and technical documentation with a solid understanding of electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical design.
- In-depth knowledge of product compliance regulations and standards across global markets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving compliance issues.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex compliance requirements to cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities, working autonomously with minimal supervision.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with EMC testing (Emissions/Immunity) on industrial products.
- Ability to conduct electrical and mechanical testing as required.
- Knowledge of the electricity industry and related standards.
- Chartered Engineer status or working towards it.
