We have an exciting opportunity to join the Total Tools National Support Office as a Product Compliance & Quality Manager . This role will be responsible for ensuring all products, packaging, manuals and labelling meet the required level of compliance and quality, both regulatory and internally.

About your new role
Lead the team responsible for compliance, quality and store support of Total Tools Exclusive Brands products
Research and communicate safety and compliance requirements relating to current and new product categories
Ensure that safety and compliance requirements are met in aspects of a product such as labelling, packaging artwork, and instruction booklets
Partake in product development projects to make certain that safety, and regulatory requirements are recognised and satisfied
Take part in Product Quality Risk Assessments projects to quantify safety and compliance risks and develop mitigation plans
Drive quality processes and ensure a culture of quality within the Total Tools Exclusive Brands with the aim of reducing product failure rates
About you
3 - 5 years experience in a compliance role
Tertiary degree Engineering, Mechanical or technical expertise is an advantage
Demonstrated experience in product compliance with regulatory requirements, and knowledge of product development and manufacturing
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
Team player with previous leadership experience
