1) Applications support and incident management:
- Support of the existing landscape – timely provision of fixes due to errors/failures in the systems, data analysis.
- Advice and explanations to business users of how the current systems work
- Identification, documentation and correction of underlying and root-cause problems in the system
- Analysis of the current landscape and identification of possible improvements. Review of the new technologies, analysis of possible ways for implementation
