Role: Product Data Analyst
Location: Shoreditch (Hybrid - Tue & Thu Office Days)
Salary Bracket: 75-80k
For a decade, we’ve been on a mission to fix one of commerce’s fundamental challenges: trust. In a world where distance and digital interfaces separate buyers and sellers, we’re building the bridge of confidence that enables global trade to flourish.
Our Purpose & Vision
We’re driven by a bold vision: a world trading with confidence. Through our “Trust Gap Zero” mission, we’re systematically eliminating the uncertainty between merchants and consumers, empowering businesses to scale while maintaining the confidence of their customers.

Responsibilities:

THIS ISN’T JUST ANOTHER ANALYST ROLE – THIS IS YOUR CHANCE TO BE THE FOUNDING MEMBER OF OUR ANALYTICS FUNCTION, DIRECTLY SHAPING HOW A PRODUCT USED BY HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE EVOLVES.

As our first Product Analyst, you’ll build our analytics foundation from the ground up. Your insights won’t just inform decisions – they’ll fundamentally drive our product strategy and future direction. With direct access to leadership and real authority to implement your vision, you’ll have the rare opportunity to define how an entire organisation uses data to make decisions.

WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE SPECIAL

  • Founding Impact: Build and own our entire analytics infrastructure from day one
  • Direct Strategy Influence: Your insights will directly shape our product roadmap and business strategy
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work directly with Product, Operations, and Marketing leaders to transform how we use data
  • Scale & Growth: Support a product used by 430k+ merchants globally – and growing
  • Technical Freedom: Choose and implement the tools and frameworks that will define our data future

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Pioneer Our Analytics Strategy: Design and implement the analytics foundation that will drive our next phase of growth
  • Build Game-Changing Tools: Create powerful, self-service analytics tools that democratise data across the organisation
  • Drive Product Evolution: Use data to uncover opportunities that shape our product roadmap
  • Lead with Insights: Transform complex data into compelling stories that drive action
  • Shape Data Culture: Build the processes and tools that make data-driven decision-making part of our DNA

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

This isn’t about maintaining existing systems – it’s about building something new. Your work will directly impact how hundreds of thousands of users experience our product, and you’ll have the autonomy and support to make it happen. If you’re ready to move beyond just analysing data to truly shaping a product’s future, we want to talk to you.
