We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our lovely product team. As a Data Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in gathering insights, building in-product reports, analyzing product performance, and contributing to strategic decision-making processes. Your insights will directly impact the development and enhancement of our products, ensuring they meet the needs and expectations of our users.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and build embedded reports using Amazon QuickSight, or similar
  • Develop, maintain, and manage advanced SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analyses and reports
  • Build product dashboards that provide insights to the different teams interacting with product data
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and optimization
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers and cross-functional teams, to gather data and insights relevant to product development and strategy, managing your own workload/backlog
  • Effectively communicate insights to cross-functional stakeholders across all levels of the organization
  • Assist in the planning and prioritization of product features and enhancements based on data-driven insights and business objectives
  • Monitor and track product usage metrics, conducting A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the impact of product changes and new features
  • Build predictive churn models to proactively identify at-risk customers
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our product management processes and methodologies, sharing insights and best practices with the team
