Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

To provide project delivery support to across development consultancy and the sales and marketing of projects from conception to completion for the London Residential Development team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with colleagues and the wider project team to maximise the opportunities of residential led development sites.
  • Using data from research and sales to help advise a market facing design to optimise value and rate of sale.
  • Working with developer clients to advise and execute the most appropriate sales and marketing strategy to meet their objectives and goals.
  • Assist in producing market reports, carrying out pricing exercises and reviewing architects plans.
  • Manage and maintain constant client reporting.
  • Ensure timescales are achievable and tasks are met and completed in a timely fashion.
  • Create and maintain an agreeable sales and marketing budgets.
  • Generate accurate scopes / project management plans.
  • Oversee and deliver sales and marketing strategies across multiple projects.
  • Liaise with marketing, PR and media agencies to deliver effective marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare sales update reports and corresponding sales and market research.
  • Understand and facilitate sales targets.
  • Ensure filing and compliance strategies are met and adhered to. Marketing and Business Development
  • Assist in designing and building pitches to win new instructions
  • Facilitate in creating sales and release and pricing strategy for sales and marketing campaigns
  • Close liaison with intra-company colleagues to promote development and sales
