Description:

Are you an experienced Product Manager with at least 5 years of experience in project management within the African market? Do you thrive in dynamic and complex environments, and have a strong ability to manage diverse projects ranging from simple non-technical initiatives to complex integrations? Responsibilities:

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will be responsible for planning, orchestrating, and driving the implementation of key projects that enhance service quality and deliver transformative outcomes across Africa.
  • You will work closely with Regional Operations Managers (ROMs) across the continent, ensuring the successful management of the project pipeline.
  • You will collaborate with external partners and internal cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class service solutions.
  • You will conduct post-rollout reviews and compile performance reports to ensure continuous product improvement.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • A degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • A strong track record of managing projects in a fast-paced, agile, and multicultural environment.
  • Prior experience working in the African market is required
  • Knowledge of French would be an advantage.
  • Experience in the cross-border remittance, banking, or FinTech sectors.
  • Understanding of Compliance, Privacy, Legal, and Settlement considerations is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
