Description:

PRODUCT DELIVERY MANAGER – PETERBOROUGH, UK (HYBRID)

As Product Delivery Manager at our Peterborough office (hybrid) you will coordinate the rollouts of new product capability, provide internal product advocacy and coaching for in-market Convera team members. You will engage with customers to understand and capture product feedback and requirements. You will also be assisting the Implementation teams with advanced product configuration for new revenue opportunities and solutions, and act as an escalation point for troubleshooting complex product issues.

You will be responsible for:

  • Input and collaboration on market assessments: regulatory compliance, local product/market fit, etc.
  • Run local user research and concept testing in coordination with Global Product Research function, to understand market demand through interviews and local proof of concept (POC) initiatives.
  • Ensure regional requirements are defined, captured and articulated to global product team.
  • Providing an escalation point for Bid responses.
  • Line of sight into upcoming market changes (e.g. new payment schemes), and other material changes (e.g. regulatory, trends, innovations, etc.)
  • Regional rollout strategy / manage new product introduction.
  • Coordinate with Product Marketing on (re-)packaging solutions.
  • Regional Go-To-Market (GTM) and operational planning and coordination for new features and capability.
  • Support UAT and post-deployment validation.
  • Translation and localization, working in close collaboration with the product marketing teams.
  • Pilot management and concept testing.
