JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Product Delivery Manager in Solutions Design & Commercialization, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. We are seeking an individual experienced in client implementation, a passion for product design, and a solution mindset aimed at improving integration of new products into the organization’s Service and Implementation frameworks, as well as delivering the best possible solutions for our clients. Solutions Design’s mission is to drive exceptional client experience through a relentless focus on the voice of the client while setting new benchmarks for innovation and digital adoption. In this role you will have exposure to clients, vendors, and leaders across the business.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
- Working knowledge and understanding of API and/or file based integration solutions, including instruction formats (JSON, SWIFT, ISO, NACHA, etc.)
- Process Mapping and Development – Able to capture and clearly document standard operating procedures
- Experience managing relationships and collaborating with business partners across Product, Sales, Technology, Operations, Service, Risk, Compliance and Legal
- Strategic, Solution Oriented Thinker - A problem solver, able to devise innovative solutions that address business and client needs, with the ability to motivate and drive tactical execution
- Strong presentation and communication skills, able to influence partners to achieve business goals
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Experience in Client Servicing and/or Onboarding
- Experience managing Technical Implementations for Treasury Products
- Treasury or Payments Product Management, understanding of the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC)

Responsibilities:
- Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Manage strategic projects and initiatives
- Represent Solutions Design in Product launch and change readiness activities, leading CS&I business readiness, influencing product design, and advocating on behalf of the business and the client to ensure optimal outcomes
- Manage the full life cycle of pilot client implementations, including setup and testing, ensuring a successful end-to-end client experience during treasury product implementations of varied complexity
- Influence the planning and delivery of the strategic product roadmap through collaboration with various stakeholders across different functions (e.g., Product, CS&I SMEs, Operations, Technology)Manage the project governance process, reporting out and presenting on project status to senior stakeholders
