Description:

Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Manage multiple projects, ensuring they align with business goals and objectives. Timeline and Milestone Management: Develop detailed project plans and timelines. Be proactive and ensure key milestones are met on schedule and projects are delivered with high efficiency and full transparency of dependencies, and risks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and project teams. Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Uncover and unblock any issues along the way. Team Coordination: Achieve alignment across multiple stakeholders from various teams Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and address any issues or challenges.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet the company’s quality standards and stakeholder and user expectations. Budget Management: Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
- Process Improvement: Implement best practices and improve project management processes. Continuously evaluate project delivery processes and methodologies for efficiency and effectiveness. Gather feedback from stakeholders to drive improvements.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on project performance. Lead project management efforts by defining critical success metrics, setting key milestones, and overseeing timelines to ensure seamless coordination across all teams. These responsibilities ensure the successful delivery of high-quality gaming products, aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Have a long-term vision of the planning and maintain the workload of the teams
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field. 4+ years of program/project management experience, preferably in the igaming industry. Good understanding of the gaming industry and a strong sense of ownership.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, encouraging a collaborative and innovative work environment. Understanding of game development process. Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Solid understanding of game development processes and lifecycle. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. Excellent knowledge of English
