Achieving such targets require a fundamental shift in how we operate - commercially as well as operationally - and digitalization is a key element. Our CX & Design team is part of the Digital Customer Channels & Experience department within the Digital Solutions organisation. We are responsible for Vestas’ customer-facing digital self-services and digital business channels to thrive.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as Product Designer or Product Design Lead in a product development environment driving business growth and customer engagement
  • Design experience of SaaS is good to have
  • Accustomed to collaborating closely in a trio with the Product Manager and Lead Engineer making product decisions together
  • Experience in working objective-based with OKRs
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written, is a prerequisite

Your role involves aligning business objectives and opportunities with customer needs, behaviours, and desires. You will be responsible for the experience design and for embedding your design-led methodologies into the product team’s workflow. Therefore, we are looking for a Product Design Lead who has practical experience with:

  • UI design of user management or similar platforms with high complexity whilst leveraging best practise
  • Figma is your go-to prototyping tool and you understand the value of front-end colleagues’ UI component library tools
  • Crafting designs that prioritize accessibility and usability is among your essentials
  • Analysing and leveraging quantitative data from product analytics and qualitative customer feedback
  • Prototyping and testing of design experiments and solutions
  • Managing stakeholders by articulating design concepts, rationale, and trade-offs, and investigation in relation to challenging existing business rules
  • Uplifting key CX metrics such as adoption, CSAT, ease-of-use, and customer effort

In collaboration with your product team, you will strategize and design Vestas’ future API offerings and user management platform. Your work will empower our product teams to provide seamless data integration solutions to Vestas’ customers and enable the creation of intuitive user administration experiences that meets the needs of our customers and internal product teams.
