Description:

WHO WE’RE LOOKING AT

We are looking for confident UX/UI Designers with the drive to provide our customer base with the best user experience throughout our internal and external product software suite. We want someone who knows the big picture but articulates every little detail when creating user flows and high-fidelity prototypes to ensure best-in-class online experiences and solutions.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Show a strong portfolio of design pieces included in your application.
  • Prepare and present rough drafts and high-fidelity mocks to internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Expertise in standard design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud and any additional prototyping or wireframing tools.
  • Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions that show a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design while keeping accessibility and brand at the forefront of considerations.
  • Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks to keep pace ahead of the development team.
  • Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
  • Work closely with our product and marketing departments to conceptualize user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
  • Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages using CMS’ like WordPress to aid in the deployment of new features.
  • Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design to take on brand identity.
  • Artistic and critical thinker who is adaptable when receiving feedback and constructive criticism internally and from all levels of business in AutoCanada top to bottom.
