Product Designer, Integrations

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Product Designer to join our Integrations team. Our ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process, discovering and defining a problem and then empathically designing a solution to deliver the smoothest user experience possible.
You will play a key role in designing seamless and efficient integrations between PandaDoc and other platforms, helping businesses connect PandaDoc with their favorite tools and workflows. You will enhance the user experience and drive product adoption by creating delightful, seamless experiences that address various use cases through integrations with other apps and products, ultimately delivering customer value.

• Create seamless experiences for customers seeking additional value through integrations with PandaDoc.
• Improve user flows while being mindful of integration discovery, exploration, and sharing.
• Be a key contributor to how we evolve, promote, and support our Integrations.
• Pinpoint problems, validate solutions, and identify new opportunities through usability tests, customer interviews, and interactive prototyping.
• Partner closely with product owners and iterate based on findings, experiments, and feedback.
• Collaborate with the UX copywriter to develop concise, accurate, and on-brand messaging.
• Work closely with engineers as they build and ship solutions.
• Adopt a customer-centric approach to the whole team
