• Lead customer and user interviews and create a road forward to improve our products.
• Identify and design the best possible indoor map experience for partners and customers.
• Evangelize how best-in-class experiences impact business value.
• Collaborate with engineers to raise the usability bar.
• Co-create the design system for internal and external use.
