This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping not just a project but the fundamentals and processes of an entire organization.

- Transformational Impact: Lead the creation of a new visual system across 19 brands, ensuring visual consistency and enhancing user experiences for investment professionals worldwide.
- Design Ownership: Build and own the design system, creating visually rewarding experiences even in the most mundane interactions.
- Collaborative Environment: Work closely with product designers, UX researchers, BAs, engineers, and product managers to drive innovative solutions.
- Dynamic Role: Take on a multifaceted design role that combines UI, UX, and evangelism, influencing and inspiring the entire organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Visual System Creation: Develop a cohesive visual system that spans across 19 brands, ensuring visual consistency and enhancing user experiences.
- Design System Ownership: Build and maintain the design system, creating visually rewarding experiences in all interactions.
- Visual Consistency: Ensure visual consistency across all products and touchpoints.
- Creative Storytelling: Develop storyboards and motion graphics to bring your designs to life.
- UX Projects: Take on UX projects as needed, contributing to a seamless user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product designers, UX researchers, BAs, engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality design solutions.
