PRODUCT DEVELOPER JOB IN FERNDOWN

Our dynamic and client focused organisation are recruiting for a Product Developer. They are a fast-paced company with incredible growth, and they require a highly focused candidate to commercially research and creatively develop product ranges and specifications for effective manufacturing to support customer growth and sales.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• You will have at least two years’ experience in a similar product development role.
• Working knowledge of detailed product specifications
• Experience of working with Far East/European production facilities/suppliers.

• Working with the Account Management team to help build and interpretthe customer account roadmap for the next 12-18 months. Looking ahead atinternational and local trends in the marketplace both within UK and overseas,bringing these validated and documented insights back into local country relevantline lists that we can confidently propose to our customers.
• Working with the QA team as required to ensure accurateand robust documentation of draft, buying and final production specifications.
• Ensuring that the manufacturing partners can price accurately and produce to theright standards and specification.
• Working across the Product team to help develop category andpromotional ranges.
• You will be regularly liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, so naturally you’ll be extremely organised and like to ensure you’ve documented your work and communicated information clearly, concisely and commercially
• You will attend both internal and external meetings to support the quality and on time delivery of customer orders.
